What SUKOON offers
Four simple spaces. No scores, no pressure, no medical claims.
Simple, evidence-informed breathing techniques you can follow at a gentle pace.
Calming sessions, ambient sounds, and music when you want a quieter room.
A darker, quieter experience for winding down — breathing, sound, and a fade into rest.
Simple timed sessions and open stretches of quiet, so work can have a still backdrop.
The core loop
You do not need to know complicated techniques. Check in, choose what you need, and SUKOON suggests a suitable experience.
A quiet question: what do you need right now?
Relax, sleep, focus, or breathe — as little or as much as you like.
A match from your time, moment, and preferences — not a lecture.
Guided breathing, sound, or a short programmed session.
Return when you wish. A simple routine can grow from there.
Guided breathing
Follow a pace that feels kind. These are wellness practices — evidence-informed where research exists, never presented as treatment.
A longer, unhurried exhale. A quiet place to begin.
Equal sides: inhale, hold, exhale, hold — only if holds feel easy.
A longer hold and exhale. Use only if it feels comfortable.
An even inhale and exhale, around six breaths a minute.
SUKOON is for relaxation and wellness. It is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent illness.

Sleep Mode
Use it as you like — there is no right way to rest. SUKOON does not claim to treat sleep problems.
A slow pattern, if you want one, before the lights go down.
Rain, ocean, forest, and other quiet beds of sound.
Unhurried pieces when you want tone rather than nature.
10 to 90 minutes, or until the track ends.
Sound eases away instead of stopping abruptly.
A darker, dimmer screen so the room can stay low.

Focus
Stay for the session, or leave whenever you like. Sounds are for atmosphere — SUKOON does not claim they increase productivity.
Lengths
Modes
Minimal screen. Sound continues until you end the session.
A short timed session. Pause, resume, or restart anytime.
Choose 15, 25, 45, or 60 minutes before you begin.
Personalised, not mysterious
SUKOON suggests an appropriate experience from what you already told it — without asking you to study techniques.
It is a local matching system. It does not chat.
Daily Calm
Short guided paths you can move through at your own pace. Nothing is waiting for you except the next quiet moment.
A suggestion for today, and a gentle record of returning.
Daily Calm and Better Sleep — brief evening or daytime practices.
Focus and Calm Breathing, built a little further each day.
A longer Daily Calm path for those who want a steadier habit.
Progress
Calm time, sessions completed, streak, and a simple week view. There are no leaderboards and no pressure to keep a streak.
